Donna Mashburn's Journal, 06 March 2019

Been a long time. Same job. Moved off the farm. Downsized. Spent the whole year remodeling the new,smaller house and lived in the 5th wheel for 10 months. Ate out almost every meal. It took a toll. Heaviest weight ever at 212 pounds. Had heart surgery about 6 weeks ago to try to control a-fib. A little rough to get over but feeling good now and ready to start trying to lose some of this weight, again. Go back to the Doctor on April 29; that's 7 weeks; hope to lose 10 pounds by that time. I've got my work cut out for me, if only I can keep myself focused. I hope that the posting will make me more accountable.
