I had only lunch yesterday, when I do IF I gain always weight! 🙄
it works so well for so many people, we are all soooo different!
150.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

IF never worked for me either. For me, it is because it is too hard 'mentally'. This is why I started my 'no solid food' fasts.

When you eat very little, or under 800 calories or so, your body goes in starvation mode and tells your brain to store fat instead of burn it. I wouldn't be surprised about the gain

You may still be recovering from your dry fast

Part of it may be water retention? Whatever the case, don't sweat it too much. :)
