Snowwhite100's Journal, 05 March 2019

I spoke of maintenance and promptly lost control. After the scale went up two or three pounds I was able to go back to trying to eat Keto, although I never really achieved it. Since I want to eat Keto for my brain, I will continue to try to move in that direction. It is a very fine balancing act as many of you know. Trying to get in enough fat without going over about 1100 calories a day takes a lot of discipline. I give all you FS participants kudos and am glad I am here. Without FS I would not have lost my weight and headed toward a healthier lifestyle. Intermittent Fasting has been wonderful for me, and although I do get hungry, it is something I can do to reach my goals. Keto eating is harder for me, but I will chip away at it, and improve slowly.

It is also wonderful, but quite a chore to be taking my clothes in. That is, skirts and pants: I just run them up the sides, even the inside of the leg on pants. I also have a lot of old clothes in the attic that were a smaller size that I am getting out to try on. Some day I will get out some of the larger sizes to give away, but don't want to deal with them now, or make a bigger mess than I already have.

Good job! Very resourceful with the clothes! I pulled down 6 big trash bags of clothew from the attic today, and am going to sort them and see what NEW old things I can wear, and what OLD things I can give away!
