Okay, my heads in a better place today and I can accept that everything is happening the way it is supposed to. I have certainly noticed a difference in my body during my cyle time - more bloating, water retension, etc.

I am still exercising regularly and trying to change my eating habits - even just a little bit.

So all in all, I feel good today. I am glad you guys are here. Thanks for sharing your journals and comments.
290.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad your heads in a better place!! that really sound kinda funny doesn't it! We all have our bad and good days, the important thing is that you are doing so well and each day, week and month it will become more and more of a habit and get easier. You're doing great, keep up the good work
