Yessssss Sunday weigh-in woohooo I was going to do weigh-in Mondays but since I joined this site on a Sunday (one week ago), just had to check scale this morning: total for week 7.4! Tracking has helped immensely, seeing where those sneaky carbs were hiding (I'm looking at you sugary barbecue sauce) and keeping count of calories. Thank you everyone for your support!
317.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job. Don't worry about calories....seriously....they will take care of themselves. Just don't eat when you're not actually hungry ie: not when you're bored, sad or drunk (it happens : ) ). Drink water when you feel hungry and wait about 10 minutes then if you're still hungry eat a handful of cheese cubes or some pork rinds or even a hard boiled eggs. Soon your body will learn that dinner time and lunch and breakfast are at set times and it will shut the heck up in between
