I hope you get better from anorexia, because this affects the metabolic process. This happened with me before but it stopped when I started intermittent fasting, with carbohydrate control 100 g is enough , and gradually increased calories, I left sugar wheat flour. They are causes of metabolic breakdown.

I am really happy you got better, I am trying my best to recover too I had been struggling with anorexia for years .. it ruined my life and my health .. thank you very much for your continuous support and kindness ❤️
