PM weigh in. 16 hrs fasted. 12 hrs sleep broken up by 2 hrs I had to be up for. Party 🎉 last night hopefully back down tomorrow.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
