I decided to weigh awhile ago and I'm 197 not 198 so that's a little better.

I am within points values if all goes well this evening I will have two points left over. I've followed my Slim Fast plan and ate two healthy snacks. I'm a little over on my fat goal (20) I have 353 so I'm gonna have to watch that a little closer. I wonder though since I using Suddenly Salad do they use fat free mayo like I'm going to?

I maybe have to figure it by some no name brand so I can be sure of the mayo type. Well I can't find Suddenly Salad using fat free mayo so I'm gonna just keep my selection from this site and know in my head that the fat count is probably lower.

Well I went over a little today after all had a half portion more of pasta it was so good. And once again it was made with fat free mayo so maybe it wasn't so bad. If not I will go ahead and use 3 pts from my weekly allowance.

Lesson learned today I need to eat more fiber rich snacks so I don't eat as many of them.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
