PM weigh in. 16 hrs fasted, going for 8 more at least. 9 hrs sleep. Gym early this am, full body again. 6300k calories yesterday 🤷🏻‍♂️
280.8 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
