Changing in up again. 30 minute slow jog in the morning and some yoga for the evening. I just discovered how challenging yoga was. It doesn't seem like it would be but it is.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
