The scale days I lost 1.2 lbs. That's hard for me to believe I did that on the first day of my diet. Unfortunately, it was probably all water weight.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
