@Snowwhite100, pineapple and mango are my favorite fruits, too! (We are sooooo much alike!)

When I was in FA (Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous), my sponsor -- who'd lost over 100 lbs. -- said mango was banned ("too sweet") but pineapple was okay. Pineapple actually has more cals and carbs! I told her that the policy was irrational, but she said "sponsor rules are non-negotiable." I had to quit because I just couldn't buy nonsense like that.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
