wooohoooo - down 30lbs!
229.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1876 kcal Fat: 32.39g | Prot: 108.27g | Carb: 320.19g.   Breakfast: Fiber One Bar, skim milk, Berries 'n Cream Nonfat Yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, weight control maple and brown sugar. Lunch: watermelon, joseph's lavash, avocado, russet potato, vegetable minestrone, josephs. Dinner: ketchup, corn on cob, weight watcher wheat, kirkland chicken, potato. Snacks/Other: weight watcher fudge. more...

Wooo hooo is right honey! You look amazing! and I can't believe that you have lost 30 pounds so far (even though the chart doesn't say that due to you switching diets early on...but we know!). Keep up the great work! I'm with you every step of the way! Mwah! <3
