I had a wonderful day today! I did two Zumba classes in a row, then bought myself a new Zumba outfit from their new collection at the gym. I then ran lots of errands, came home and baked some chocolate chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (for the recipes on FS) to take to exercise class tomorrow. Our instructor is teaching a gentle yoga class after our regular class with 15 minutes between, so I decided to take a snack for my classmates. Darn things got too dark, some are ok. I'll take a few granola bars; should have enough for the entire class! :o)

I tried to take a picture of me in my new outfit; laughed a lot. I'll see how it looks if I try using it as my new profile picture.


It is frustrating to have to record a gain. I've exercised sooooo much and mostly kept under my RDI. I have eaten too many snacks, but mostly of the healthy sort. I do allow chocolate in my diet, but that's health food, lol.

I don't mind maintaining my weight, since I'm so close to my goal and wearing size 10 pants, medium shirts; life is pretty good. I think that my gain could be from fluid retention, as I'm drinking lots of water and eating fairly high sodium meals. I would like to see if I can fit in a size 8.... I'll attempt to cut down on my snacking, and eat more veggies.
138.3 lb Lost so far: 63.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I made Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies to take tomorrow, since the first cookies are really too dark to taste good. I had to sample one of the latest batch, and they are really good; I need to give them all away. I'm hoping they'll like them at the gym. The house smells great. My diet calendar for to day is disgraceful, mainly because I was on the go all day, including the baking & making dinner. My partner wanted to try some Grands Biscuits and I even had one of those; not something I've done in over a decade (and won't again)! Tomorrow is a fresh new day, ahhhhhh.
