I am the same. But yesterday I SO had a "pig out". The 200 pound person I was came out. I have her in control now with a stern talking to!! So many temptations, and I SO fell for them. I rode my stationary bike, earlier in the day I had worked out with weights and worked in the yard. So I was very active.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That helps to stop and recognize that we know we shouldn't and then push the water hard and stay active.
