I've been slipping, mostly because I've had a houseguest so I've been cooking a lot and not going to the gym, although we do get active (walk, run, etc.).
188.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
