sorry im late with the weigh in but it been hard to start an new job and check in to talk to u guys but now i know i need my team i mess up BAD but now im back on track
234.4 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
