The scales are moving in the right direction, but slower these days. That's okay - I'm still pushing forward! I think I have tried more new foods in the last 3 months than I have in years! I have a new love for cucumbers with a little ranch dressing! Yummy! Never realized how much they taste like watermelon - atleast to me they do! ;) I could eat chicken salad every day, but I am trying to eat a variety so that I continue to lose. Some say that I am not eating enough calories, but with eating every 2-3hours, I don't go hungry. I am afraid if I up my calories, then my carbs will go up to. I just think that spells disaster! We are headed to our family reunion this weekend. I know that there will be temptation, but I am going to firmly grasp my bowl of fresh fruit with all my might! ;) Wish me luck!
