W T BLEEP! 🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔 I ate less, but my main food was eggs. huhh, today should have been a drop. all this work. only 1 pound this month. this is ridiculous.ok keto on my friends. going to walk the dog
173.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Who knows with the scale sometimes. We retain water or we do not. It is so hard to tell. Hope you have a good walk with the dog.

Keilin, my dog and I walked a total of about 6 miles. I've got artificial bone implant in femur, but I made it lol! 👍 I can't believe I did it. Thank goodness it was a perfect day and I listened to podcast Jimmy Moore all the way home 🏡
