PM weigh in. 14 hrs sleep, got almost none yesterday, didn't weigh in. Gym yesterday full body. 370 carbs yesterday, got up and fed my son at 0445 this am and couldn't sleep so I had 2 large bowls of cereal (168 carbs). May have hindered a loss who knows, at least no gain.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
