Successful Valentine's Day! Thoroughly enjoyed a 12-oz Blueberry-Acai Diet Coke in a chilled champagne glass. Delicious Keto Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs and Baked Zucchini with Provolone & Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese! Endulged in 2 tps. Guy Fieri BBQ sauce with the meatballs! NO Candy, none of my grand daughter's strawberry milkshake, not a bite of her waffle fries. Got home around 1:30am and wanted "something," so I just had a chop of French Vanilla Chai Tea with Sweetleaf Stevia & 2 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream. Very proud of myself! No idea what the scale will show tomorrow - but I feel good about the day, nonetheless! I think I'm gonna sleep in tomorrow morning!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
