I feel so good right now because I am in control of my eating! Thanks to caged liberty for starting the challenge at this point in the year when everyone who hasn't lost all the weight they wanted to are feeling bummed out and a failure. We needed a group challenge to get us going again! No matter what else is happening in my life, at least I can control this area. thanks again to everyone who is supportive!
