I am happy to see another drop. I need to work on my craving to jump on the scale every day. I don't want that to be a hindrance. I think that I am just anticipating getting below that 300 mark. I am almost there too! :) I have to admit that I screwed up the other day. I decided to join this challenge where I am not supposed to eat simple carbs for this month. My brother brought over soft pretzels the other day. Of course, I had to eat like three. I have been eating chips as a snack throughout this process too. I just have to fight the temptations and really try to jump into the complex carb challenge. It shouldn't be too difficult but when you crave chips sometimes and your brother brings over the pretzels unknowingly....;) Let's get it! Keep fighting the good fight!
304.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
