Good morning.
Just a short entry to register my weight. I'm on my bike, doing (hopefully) my full hour again.
I'm down another full pound. Is this due to lower calories, due to exercise, or simply due to the fact that I never made it to the dinner table yesterday?
No matter, it's a loss, I like it. Still bracing myself for that gain day that's bound to happen. Let's see how long I can keep pushing it ahead of me.
Life is good.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 147.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job Keld! Ride that bike. I keep expecting not to see you for 3 weeks while you tour Paris by food. Hopefully not at a snails pace!

Yeah :) your back on your bike....the rest will follow, but don't skip meals, remember to fuel your body with good food. Hope you have a wonderful trip.

The skipped dinner yesterday was not intended. Just one of those things that happen. I'm in track, have exercised, had breakfast, and will go out on the town later.
