Same old... pretty good until the weekend. Made it to the gym this week more than normal. On Saturday realized body a little tired. I don't want to overdue it. Feeling good today.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
