Today is the day I meet with the Dr. about some weight loss assistance. I'm scared and nervous because I don't want to hear the "Oh you just need to eat healthy and exercise" excuse. I've been stuck at this weight for far too long to have that be the remedy. Fun Fun.
325.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I think doctors get frustrated with us just like we get frustrated with them. We are here for you on FS so keep coming back to get good ideas, recipes and encouragement! Let us know what the doc says.

The doc said I need blood work to see what I might be lacking. Judging by my family history, he said it is possible that I'm lacking in certain vitamins or that my body simply isn't burning the fat. He wants me to print a week worth of journals/food and see him next Monday!
