Doing well. I am going to attempt eating a lot less than I have been. Of course Sunday is the 4th and there is a picnic in my building so I will probably eat a lot that day. After tomorrow it's expected to be in the 90s for at least five days if not more. I have air conditioning so Toto won't get hot. I am going to try to get her groomed mid month, I have an extra $50 bill on my cell phone so it may have to wait until August. Today I went shopping and don't need to go now for a while, so it's time to get busy writing tonight, I got back on track last night.
Calorie intake Wednesday June 30, 2010: 3375. Fruit drinks added to high calorie intake, today I'm way down so far fortunately, I need to stay below 1700 to lose I think... I will try to get on everyone's journals this evening or after MN.
