Have you ever taken magnesium supplements for muscle soreness? Someone here said on one of my journals that it works. Just curious.

Magnesium supplements?? I take them, and well, I am never sore, or maybe because I never train that hard haha😝.

We all slip up, the key is to get back on the horse and put it behind you. There is nothing you can do about the past! it is done and thats thats. However look to the present and the future and what your goals are. We can do something about that. If you raally want to get back to it. You will find the strength to do so. EIther through prayer or universal energy. Whatever your thing is. But trust that all things come to those who put out the vibe for their desires. Ask and you shall receive! But you do need to put in the work. I am with you. I feel your pain. Been there. Trust your heart and go for it. Stay Healthy

I'm there with you, today. Only it's the shoulders. I did do legs, but I've incorporated 5lb ankle weights, so I'm starting myself out on lower reps so I don't over do it. I kept having leg and foot cramps all night. I thought about magnesium. But, then I thought for muscle cramps, maybe potassium might be appropriate? I confess, I don't take either and I get sore, even with the BCAA's.

No slipping here, Rose, thanks for the concern though. I've never really delt with cramps, Egull. Hope it gets better!
