Hmmmm... I wrote a nice journal here, and registered my weigh-in. I wonder where it went?!?

Oh well, doing good here. Everything is as planned. Life is good!
202.2 lb Lost so far: 139.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Whoopee indeed, Sazy. Another hour on the bike today, plus I will bicycle to the shops a little later on, just because.

My knee is improving Keld, I am quite excited about it. My physio told me walking helps also even if I cant fit in my exercises and this is proving to be true. I dont think I can reach my 10.000 steps yet, but walking is getting more natural. I am excited. Keep up the good work Keld. Xx
