Fishingwidow's Journal, 08 February 2019

Gained .1 ounce since last week. 😪 Having some goodies and seem to crave them since the holidays. But working to get back on track. Have been doing the mini challenges and have been pretty good with drinking water. I felt I was getting dehydrated as I was thirsty when I got up in the a.m. That hasn't happened the last 3/4 days so feel like I have accomplished something. Another challenge is to write what you eat and I do that and read the forum daily. So I need to work on increasingly my exercise. Have a nice weekend everyone!!
193.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
