body fat down, weight up, story of my life apparently.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well that can be good muscle is heavier then fat I have learned through many times going through this the inches go first but the weight will catch up just hang in there slow and steady wins the race
