Trying different things. Since I was sick earlier in January, I've been wondering if I'm either lactose intolerant or if I can't eat gluten. So I've cut way back on both. Plus, because I'm afraid of getting a stomach ache, I don't eat as much as I used to. Hardly any snacking anymore.
