Doing very well at recording and being accountable. Hubby had a fantastic loss of 2.4 pounds and I am down a pound. feeling great!!! needing to bump our carbs up to 40. Just to get more veggies in. Feeling like fat consumption can be tapered a bit. All in all...Feeling great and continuing the lo carb way of eating. Have a good day everyone!

Are you eating within a % range of fats, carbs, and protein?

yep...I balance the macros with the pie chart when I fill out the food log...and listen to my body...some days I need or want a little fattier food, other days I don't... It's kinda trial and error but within the correct range. I have a lot less to lose than my husband, so naturally, my weight loss would be slower. Thanks for the input!
