😯 right on the cusp of being out of the 150s! Tomorrow is going to be a cheat day though so I’m expecting this number to rise again tomorrow. Not sure if I’m going to do a full on cheat day or just a keto cheat day (lill too many keto friendly carbs) 🤔 It will most likely depend on how well I feel tomorrow. Might be too tired to prepare all my own yummies 😈

That's awesome! Same here, but I have only 2 days this week at 149, so average will still be 150.+. Still a loss. Hopefully next week for sure I'll be in the 40s. I think you're most likely all ready there! 👍

Isn't it odd how every 10 pound mark seems to become a milestone after a while? It's getting that way with me, it seems. It wasn't so much at the beginning, when I had so much to lose. But now, every 10 pounds seems to be such an achievement.
