You're kidding me, right?

Neither chocolate nor sugar nor flour has passed my lips in WEEKS and this is the thanks I get?!

Apparently, I have neglected to offer human sacrifice to the Scale Goddess. (She's a real B-ITCH!) Any volunteers?

Maybe I'm being held to my (broken) promise to exercise this week. So, hanging up the laptop to do 20 minutes of cycling. I'll be back!

happy cycling. Body will likely have some up and downs for "reasons" beyond our control.

I joined Debbie's Accountability Challenge this week...and, the same thing happened to me. Unexplainable increase of a couple of pounds...talk about bad timing. So, now I'm working diligently to get back to where I was last week.

You know this is probably just water, right? You have lost an amazing amount of weight in a short period of time so your body has to adjust. Don't lose faith, you've got this!

If I recorded my scale results EVERY day, it would be quite disparaging - DOWN, up, same, up, DOWN, same, same, UP, same, DOWN ... maddening! I usually only record when it goes DOWN, unless it stays up for several days (or it's right at the end of a challenge.) MUCH more rewarding that way!
