I just can't seem to stay losing. I weighed 100.6 yesterday and gained. 2 with only 510 calories. I'm not really doing things different eating alost the same thing week to week . it's so frustrating . I don't think cutting calories lower than 700 per day on weekdays would make a difference. I know if I cut back on weekends it probably help but weekends are hard and it's the same thing I've been doing for years so what is so different now? I just don't know. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
100.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How tall are you? With that few calories you are undernourished and causing your metabolism to be shot. I would advise adding weight lifting to your routine and increasing your protein intake and calories by small incriments over time to increase your metabolism.

@BlaineRay I'm 4'8" so low weigh wouldn't be bad for me
