3/4 lb, woot woot!!! Pretty much hit my goal of losing 4 lbs in January; also took the waist measurement and it read 32.5" *grins*. Haven't taken full body measurements in a few months, so I'll do that on Friday Feb. 1 & report. Supposed to run a 5K Saturday, 1st one this year, but it may rain. I need to get over my aversion to running in the rain, especially if I paid to run in a competition. Shouldn't be wasting my hard earned $$ like that. Anyway, feeling pretty good today, just thought I'd pat myself on the back!!!
150.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
