I wasn't surprised to be up a pound. I really only hit the 143 for a couple days when I weighed in and have been at 144 for the week. So at least I really did not go up after the weekend and unfortunately things have been a little backed up (Evelyn knows what I mean!) that hasn't helped either. My belly is feeling fatter and I'm not too happy about that. I will head out for a power walk now and maybe do some more floor exercises tonight. Only 2 more days of sitting on my butt all day to train and then I can get back at my regular schedule, or at least make a new regular schedule!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Mr. C makes another appearance! Ugg. I hope things get moving for you real soon! A sitting job doesn't help matters, especially when it is a change of pace from what you are used to. Things will work themselves out with the scales when you get an "all clear".

It's probably just your body adjusting to the new routine. Good luck with the rest of your training and I'm sure things will settle down again once you start on your proper new schedule! :)
