PM weigh in. 11.5 hrs fasted. <6 hrs sleep. Gym this am, legs & triceps. Had protein shake pre work out for first time.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had lots of caffeine prior to gym at 8am.. Then went straight to bed to no go on post caffeine unless I'm off and it's early...

Well I ate plenty this morning prior to lifting, drank a shake 2 hrs prior, pre workout right before, and nothing but water during and after. Results are good for the first trial run. I'll try again next gym day to see what happens..

Yeah for real. I drank 1gal + of water last night and still had around 300 carbs so it was a big win!
