Thought I did really well following diet yesterday, but I'm up a pound and a half again. I usually bring or buy 4 boiled eggs fro breakfast, but the kiosk is out of eggs, so I got some cheese and pork cracklins and grabbed a protein shake that I carry around in my car. I add metamucil so there's fiber and sugar for the creatine. Today is legs day but I might switch it up, because my quads and glutes are really tight from the cardio yesterday.
