Am officially finished with the holiday fun eating and back to disciplined watching myself. Plan is to for no snacking and no processed carbs after breakfast/lunch through to Feb 9. Want to get back to 156.5'ish.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
