Super excited about the scale. I know that's not the only measure of progress and maybe not even the best measure of progress but I am still happy anyway!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 October 2012:
1353 kcal Fat: 64.44g | Prot: 60.20g | Carb: 133.22g.   Breakfast: smart balance light, onion, tomato, bacon, shredded cheese, egg. Lunch: grated parmesean cheese, bell peppers, crushed tomatos, onion, mushrooms, celery, carrot, cabbage, chicken stock. Dinner: tomato, grilled cheese . Snacks/Other: peanut butter, apple pie filling, Milk Chocolate No Sugar Added with Calcium Hot Cocoa Mixu, fat free half and half. more...
