Some of this lose is from dehydration. Won’t be surprised to see it go back up a lill tomorrow. I only drank 1 bottle of water all day yesterday. I really have to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to drink 😑
152.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whhhhat? At 152 pounds you are back to your lowest weight for the year! Congratulations! 🏆 Also, note that on my past two days water fast, I made sure I took my 'electrolyte supplement' and I had ZERO negative effects (lethargy, dizziness, weakness). Good luck!

I’ve often thought about setting an alarm. Last night I ended up staying up all night taking on the phone. After the third bottle I decided I’d had enough and refused to grab another. Now I know I just need to talk on the phone and I’ll down a bottle before I know it! Gonna be in the bathroom all day I think lol.

An alarm is a great idea! My alarm for water pound time is 4:00 when my hubs gets home from work. Then 4-11 I try to get 3 22oz cups of water before I go to sleep. It works pretty well for me to have that transition. When I’m working outside the home it’s harder because I’m constantly busy, but that makes me thirsty so I slam as much as possible when I get a minute. Keep up the great work, you’re killing it!! 🎉

I’m only a pound away from my lowest weight while on this journey 151.6(?) Almost back on track! Very happy about that 👍 My alarm idea didn’t work too well so far today. I can’t seem to get away when it goes off LOL Slamming water at every spare moment might just be my best bet Mrs Roboto! I usually stop drinking water at 7-8 to make sure I don’t get up several time to pee in the middle of the night 😅

@CrashtestDawnie - I like to only drink as much water as I 'feel I need' but, no more. Too much water, and I dilute my electrolytes and THAT causes problems (lethargy, weakness, dizziness). I just had a relative in the hospital last week, because his electrolytes were out of wack (he is also dealing with Cancer). They kept giving him fluids and salts and he got worse. The Kidney specialist comes in and says "Stop giving him water, you're killing him!". They stopped, gave him a pill and then he walked out the next day.

It took me a while to accept the fact that a gallon was way too much and that 8 glasses a day were too much too. 6 glasses is my goal but I feel fine with only 4-5 (unless going to the gym). Everyone thinks I’m crazy but hey, I feel good 🤷‍♀️
