Today was my first weigh-in and I'm super stoked! I can't believe I dropped 6 lbs. I missed my weigh-in Monday. My one day trip to the port to pick my truck up turned into a 4 day fiasco of truck breaking down. :P lucky my uncle was there to save the day lol. Spent a few days with him, and his girlfriend cooked up a storm for us! I did get to the beach to walk, so I'm sure that helped.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome job!! 6 pounds is great! I'm jealous of your walking on the beach. Sounds like a hard time with the truck, hopefully things are better now.

I love walking along the beach in the morning. The half marathon that I did in late July was a walk at the beach. :) Grats on the weight drop!

Thanks! The beach is a good workout I always feel it in my calves, even if I just walk...especially good if I'm chasing the kids away from the waves lol.
