[I just noticed that I had indicated "reasonably well" for "How closely followed?" a couple of times in the past few days. It s/h/b "100%."]

Holding at 220.5 right now. It's important to make room in my head for these "weight pauses" while my body makes the necessary adjustments. But I want OUT of the 220s!

It will happen. Yeah its a mind game. Sometimes I think you cells fill up with a bit of water as the fat leaves but then just whoosh it out. I think I can feel some fat on my body soften as it gets ready to shrink a bit
