Exercise good but too many going out events. Goal to be more consistent with my daily calorie intake. These ups & downs not working. Ditto with the saturday weighin. Who am I kidding. I have lots of issues. Based on the past, just trying to maintain during the summer is tough for me. I may need to be happy with that then wait and give 200% early fall. Need to think about this more... need to leave. Later.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, that's a great goal: maintain during summer. If your life is busy and you have to eat out all the time, it might be hard enough to maintain, so don't put any extra pressure on yourself trying to lose weight. Stay focused on healthy eating when you're out, exercise as much as you can and take one day at the time. I replied to your post on my journal, WE CAN DO IT!!!

Well, I don't know what jessy is talking about but "we can definitely do it," even in the summer with lot's of engagements. Come on M, tighten things up! ;-) Have a great Sunday. I replied to your comment btw.
