Well back to the start again. I'm going to try and journal. It's obviously all in my head so I need to do something to try and sort that out. I need to know why I sabotaging my efforts. I know what's nutritionally sound, have worked out my 'danger points' so what it is that stops me from tackling the weight issue?
239.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
