Been trying hard not to fill up on junk. Have had 2 pieces of chocolate in 2 weeks! Hard candy occasionally because it lasts much longer. Trying to make sure I eat 3 small meals a day instead of only one or two big ones.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
