Calorie deficit, two meals a day, way under in net carbs, and I gained! My protein was high... could that be it? #ketodiet
148.8 lb Lost so far: 69.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

I think it is just normal fluctuations. Women see these all the time. Just trust the process and look at the big picture when you assess what will work for you.
