I ate almost 1500 calories yesterday (only 8 carbs) and had a glass of diet 7up (don’t usually drink anything but water) so I was a lill concerned I might not see a drop. But there it is 🤗👍
155.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! I am trying hard which is why I started to throw such a big cry baby fit about not losing any weight for a week!! But I see it all levels out at some point 👍 😅
